When we contact next of kin, one member of the family needs to be appointed as the Administrator of the estate and deal with the legal process. To protect the authority, we will provide a full paperwork report on behalf of the family member proving their entitlement and allowing you to safely pass any financial information to the family and their solicitor.

Family tree showing how the Administrator is related
Supporting birth, marriage and death documents proving their relationship to the deceased
Certified proof of ID.
Certified proof of address.
Details of the solicitor they have appointed.
